Free Professional Dog Training Evaluation

In-Home or Facility Options Available

Not sure what your dog needs? Start with a free, professional training evaluation. High Country K9 provides structured, real-world assessments to identify the most effective training path for your dog — whether you are working through behavioral challenges, advanced obedience, or service dog goals.
We offer both in-home evaluations and facility-based assessments depending on your dog and training objectives.

What Is a Free Training Evaluation?

Our free training evaluation is a one-on-one professional assessment designed to give you clarity and direction.

During your evaluation, we will:

  • Assess your dog’s obedience, behavior, and temperament

  • Identify the root causes of problem behaviors

  • Evaluate your dog in real-life environments when applicable

  • Discuss realistic training expectations and timelines

  • Recommend the most appropriate training program for your goals

This evaluation allows us to determine the safest, most ethical, and most effective path forward for both you and your dog.

In-Home Evaluations Available

Many training challenges do not appear in a controlled environment.

Our in-home evaluations allow us to assess your dog:

  • In their natural environment
  • On neighborhood walks
  • Around family members, guests, or children
  • During real-world distractions

Facility evaluations are also available and may be recommended for dogs entering Board & Train or advanced training programs.
